Life + Hope psychotherapists collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals in the community.
Our psychotherapists have worked in community and/or hospital mental health settings and are familiar with the benefits and considerations of circle of care collaboration. We accept referrals from the healthcare community and provide case consultation with client consent as needed. We have a designated fax line for confidential correspondence that can be provided to healthcare professionals when requested.
As Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers, we work diligently to protect client confidentiality by following PHIPA regulations and maintaining clinical records in PHIPA compliant record-keeping systems. We believe that the client is best served when collaborating with healthcare professionals in their treatment.
