Individual Therapy
The stressors, pain, and loss in life can be overwhelming. Our qualified and trained psychotherapists can support you with evidence-based therapies to help with anxiety disorders, depression, anger, burnout, grief, emotional dysregulation, caregiver stress, compassion fatigue, conflict management, body image, disordered eating, self-harm, OCD, and BPD-traits.
Common therapies used are: ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, humanistic, parts work, Emotion-Focused, and attachment. Access our Wellness Studio to support your therapy with mindfulness and expressive arts classes.

Children + Family
Therapy
Children and families need support too. Sometimes a mental health challenge becomes a major hurdle for kids and their families. If you’re struggling and feeling like you’re having more conflict than connection, our therapists are trained in modalities for children and their caregivers.
Common therapies used are Emotion-Focused, Solution-Focused, ACT, CBT, DBT, and Narrative. Our mindfulness and expressive arts classes provide opportunities for children of all ages to develop their healthy minds.

Trauma Treatment
Events that have over-taxed our nervous system leave a trauma fingerprint inside of us, affecting our daily emotions, cognitions, and behaviour. If you wonder how traumatic events or childhood adverse experiences have affected your life, our trauma and polyvagal-informed therapists can support your healing with evidence-based therapies such as Brainspotting, DBT, Emotion-Focused, parts work, and memory reconsolidating.
Our Wellness Studio offers mindful movement and expressive arts classes for the purpose of helping the trauma move out of the body, and helping the body feel safe and supported.

Couples Therapy
Healthy relationships are paramount for creating a meaningful and happy life. If your relationship could use some support, our therapists provide couples counselling based in evidence-based Gottman principles and Emotion-Focused couples therapy.

Group Therapy
Research in psychotherapy highlights the benefits of engaging in group therapy experiences because they provide spaces for learning, sharing, and reducing feelings of shame and isolation.
